The Coalition to SAVE the Menominee River, Inc. has won the contested case hearing in the State of Michigan challenging Michigan’s permitting Agency EGLE’s decision to grant the wetland permit to Aquila Resources. The Coalition is represented by environmental attorneys Ted A. Warpinski of Davis & Kuelthau, Green Bay, WI, and Bruce Wallace of Hooper Hathaway, Ann Arbor, MI.
